Made from 100% Beaumont, Bot River fruit. . This wine is punchy and full of character. The vintage produced plenty fruit with good concentration and a very long and slow fermentation. Cantine Rallo Bianca di Evro 2021
The Evrò name pays homage to the Queen Bianca of Navarra (The White Queen) who was the queen consort of the King of Sicily during the reign of William I (1154-1166) and regent during the minority of her son William II. Her history is intertwined with the castle of Alcamo portrayed on the label. The blue colour of the label is meant to evoke not only the freshness of the wine, but also the “blue blood” of the queen. The platinum capsule surrounds the head of the bottle like a precious crown. Produced from 100% Insolia grapes that are organically grown in their estate vineyards around the territory of Alcamo. The wine is matured in temperature controlled stainless steel vessels in order to maintain freshness and acidity. A straw yellow colour in the glass, expect a dry white wine that displays a bouquet of apricot, pear, apple and citrus fruit with hints of beeswax and white flowers. Rich and full in the mouth with great texture and a salted honey finish.

Casa Marin Cartagena Sauvignon Blanc 2022
The 2022 Cartagena Sauvignon Blanc is produced with grapes that come from the highest vineyard plots, with direct exposure to the Pacific Ocean. The harvest was carried out the first week of April. The blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sauvignon Gris was fermented separately in stainless steel and then blended before being bottled. On the nose it presents intense saline aromas, perfume of grapefruit and ripe citrus. It is complemented by tones of fresh herbs, asparagus and green mango. The clear acidity and the salinity of the Pacific Ocean are combined in this complex and balanced wine.

Gaia Assyrtiko Thalassitis 2021
This unique wine is produced on the island of Santorini. The vines are planted on a 15-degree slope facing East and Southeast on transferred pumice stone soil. The wine is made from the Assyrtiko grape and is light and aromatic. Only free run must is used, which is then fermented for approximately days at 15C. The resulting wine is almost white in color, bone-dry, with strong character, eliciting considerable structure, with crisp acidity, distinctive minerality and delicate honeysuckle aromas.
