Tasting Notes

Domaine Lapalus is a small 17-hectare family run vineyard that has been passed down from generation to generation. They focus on strong environmental practices (certified HVE or High Environmental Value since 2015). Their parcel of 5 hectares in the Mâcon-Milly-Lamartine Village appellation is carefully harvested and vinified in stainless steel with an extended period of aging on the fine lees. The goal is to create a wine that is fresh, floral and aromatic and is easy to enjoy.

The 2021 Mâcon-Milly-Lamartine has plenty of complexity with white flowers, honeysuckle and pineapple aromas jumping out of the glass. The medium bodied palate is marked by a distinct floral and spicy note that lingers on the palate.
