    Made from 100% Beaumont, Bot River fruit. . This wine is punchy and full of character. The vintage produced plenty fruit with good concentration and a very long and slow fermentation. It is a delicious example of cooler climate Chenin Blanc fermented in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Dry, fresh and delicious!

    Casa Marin Cartagena Sauvignon Blanc 2023

    The Cartagena Sauvignon Blanc is produced with grapes that come from the highest vineyard plots, with direct exposure to the Pacific Ocean. The harvest was carried out the first week of April. The blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sauvignon Gris was fermented separately in stainless steel and then blended before being bottled. On the nose it presents intense saline aromas, perfume of grapefruit and ripe citrus. It is complemented by tones of fresh herbs, asparagus and green mango. The clear acidity and the salinity of the Pacific Ocean are combined in this complex and balanced wine.

    Les Figues is reference to the massive, aged, fig tree which dominates the landscape of the main house on the estate. From the Southern Rhone, “Les Figues” Blanc is a luscious blend of 45% Viognier, 40% Roussanne, and 15% Clairette, grown in calcareous clay soils. Fifty percent (50%) of the wine is aged briefly in oak, then blended back into the remaining tank wine, just before bottling. Certified organic. There is plenty to like about this wine, and shows as a great alternative for Chardonnay lovers. Lively and rich with a range of aromatics and flavours, including honey, beeswax, peach, tangerine, apricot, and mango, balanced by subtle spiciness from the wood aging. Some stony minerality and zesty acidity. Medium-bodied with a very long finish. This is a great food wine.

    Sancerre, in the upper Loire Valley, is the benchmark for Sauvignon Blanc in Europe — crisp and fruity, with racy acidity. The soil is composed of limestone and fossilized seashells, which gives the wine an unmistakable minerality. This wine displays a limpid, pale yellow hue with golden highlights. Expressive on the nose, combining floral fragrances with aromas of white peach and exotic fruit (pineapple, passion fruit). Well-balanced and honest on entry, the wine is underpinned by freshness and powerful, long-lasting acidity on the finish, revealing a lovely minerality.

    This unique wine is produced on the island of Santorini. The vines are planted on a 15-degree slope facing East and Southeast on transferred pumice stone soil. The wine is made from the Assyrtiko grape and is light and aromatic. Only free run must is used, which is then fermented for approximately days at 15C. The resulting wine is almost white in color, bone-dry, with strong character, eliciting considerable structure, with crisp acidity, distinctive minerality and delicate honeysuckle aromas.
