Tasting Notes
Notios means ‘from the south’, a name chosen to prove that times have changed in the southern Mediterranean when it comes to fresh white wines. This is a blending of the aromatic, floral scented Moschofilero (from the Arcadian Plateau) with the crisp, lemony Roditis (from elevated mountainous Aigialeia area) and Assyrtiko (from Santorini) adding strength, length and depth. It has aroma of perfumed floral and white fruit as well as sweet citrus. It is a light, rounded wine with a tangy mineral acid.
