Tasting Notes

Notios White is a blend of the aromatic, floral scented Moschofilero (Arcadian Plateau) with the crisp, lemony Roditis (mountainous Aigialeia area) and a touch of Assyrtiko which adds strength, length and depth.

This fusion of traditional Greek varieties results in a light, fresh and elegant wine. A lovely combination of exotic and floral aromas with a zesty grapefruit, green apple and peach kernel character on the palate. Complex with crisp acidity and a very refreshing zesty finish.

Enjoy as an aperitif or with light appetizers, grilled seafood, lemony dishes or goat cheese.
