The grapes grow on the Laaerberg in Vienna’s southeastern wine region where they are influenced by the mild climate between the Leitha Mountains and the thermal region. The warmer climate helps achieve optimal ripeness, balanced by the natural fresh acidity of the grape. Zesty citrusy fruit, ripe apples and green pepper come together in a refreshing, balanced wine. Dry (1.6 g/l RS) with great acidity and an ample mouth feel, finishing clean and lively.
Great as an aperitif but also with charcuterie, asparagus, salads, fresh fish and seafood (citrus based sauces).
