Tasting Notes

L’Etoile is a very small Appellation within the Jura region, so named as it’s limestone rich soils contain fossils that mirror the 5 points of a star. As well, the village is surrounded by 5 hills which also mimic the star formation.

Pale yellow with golden highlights. On the nose the wine exhibits yellow fruits with toasted and vanilla notes. It has great aromatic length. In the mouth the wine shows its wonderful, natural minerality and freshness.
