Tasting Notes

100% Pecorino, originating from Offida, a commune in the province of Ascoli Piceno, Le Marche, 80 km south of Ancona and about 12 km from the coast. Offida is recognized as the finest production area and is the only DOCG for the Pecorino variety.

Bright straw yellow with golden highlights. The bouquet displays ripe pear, peach and apricot notes with hints of chamomile and acacia blossom. The wine is remarkably full and balanced in the mouth with definite richness and persistence, ending with a lingering flavour of almond on the finish.
