Tasting Notes
In 2003 Richard Zahel was the first to market the “Wiener Gemischter Satz”, made with Gruner Veltliner, Riesling and Chardonnay, all grown together. The three grapes in the blend create a crisp, fresh wine with exotic aromas of green apples, pears, passionfruit and a touch of white pepper. The palate is fruity, full and round, with some spiciness on the long finish. 12.5% alc
Food Pairings
Very versatile, but try with quiche, salads, paella and, of course, strudel
