Tasting Notes

This beautiful pale-pink color blend of Grenache and Cinsault is a refreshing and well-balanced rosé, produced in the style one would find in Provence. It offers a gorgeous mélange of upfront citrus, bright spring flowers and strawberry aromas that are framed by hints of crisp mouthwatering saline notes, finishing snappy and fresh.

Traditional winemaking process in stainless steel vessels with careful temperature control to protect the natural fruit flavors, typical of both varieties. This Rose is achieved using the direct pressing method.

Food Pairings

Pairs well with light salads, pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish and goats’ cheeses. Perfect hot weather drinking.
