Tasting Notes
Produced from organically grown Grillo grapes. Straw yellow in colour, with forward aromatics of white flowers, tropical fruits like mango, papaya and pineapple,as well as citrus (ripe grapefruit). It shows an intense saltiness balanced by lively Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Flavours of kiwi with fresh lime and hints of lemon. Generous and full in the mouth with a long, tangy, fruity finish.
Food Pairings
Perfect with grilled vegetables and white meats. Superb with Couscous and fish.
