Tasting Notes
The 2021 Parkers Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was night harvested from select vineyards around the state and fermented in stainless steel for 14 days before being transferred to French oak barrels where it matured for 16 months.
A dark purple colour in the glass, the bouquet shows distinct notes of black cherry, raspberry, pomegranate with hints of clove and vanilla. These flavours carry over to the generous palate with well managed tannins and a lingering finish.
