Every year, Bill takes the best fruit from the best appellations in which he has holdings to create their own distinct and very high-quality wines that deliver incredible value. LIMESTONE COAST:
Limestone Coast is renowned for its diverse cool climate, and is home to several acclaimed appellations, including Coonawarra, famous for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Padthaway, known for its Shiraz and Chardonnay, and Wrattonbully, recognized for its red wines, particularly Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.

Chardonnay 2022
A crisp, vibrant Chardonnay with a bouquet of peaches and nectarines notes alongside hints of butter scotch and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied with intense ripe apple and melon flavours that finish with a touch of baking spices and lingering oak. 13% Alc.

CLARE VALLEY:
Clare Valley is one of Australia’s oldest wine producing areas. The Clare’s combination of geography, geology and climate is synonymous for producing highly praised wines. Its cooler climate makes it one of Australia’s best areas for production of Riesling, yet the region still produces considerably more red wines (over 70%) than white. The 2021 vintage was marked by cool, dry weather through late summer and autumn that allowed for perfect ripening of the grapes, producing stunning fruit with great natural acidity and true varietal character.

Shiraz 2021
This is a dry, dense red showing abundant black cherry and plum with subtle pepper notes and skillfully integrated toasty oak. The rich vibrant fruits resonate seamlessly with soft silky tannins to give a long velvet textured finish. Full-bodied 14.5% alc.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
This is a fine textured, deep red wine with aromas of blackcurrant, complemented by layers of sweet-smelling vanillin oak. The palate displays great intensity of dark fruit with lifted spice and firm tannins on the finish. Just 5,000 cases made annually. Aged 12 months in American & French oak barrels. Full-bodied 14.5% alc.

Merlot 2021
Like the other two reds in this mixed case, this is a dry and dense wine. Aromas provide abundant ripe plum and raspberry fruits with evident toasty oak. The palate shows generous fruit flavours combine with classic smooth Merlot tannins, providing a full-bodied and generous wine. 5,000 cases per year and matured in a combination of American and French oak. 14.5% alc.
