Tasting Notes
On feature at this years’ 2025 i4C conference in Niagara. The VV cuvée is created from fruit harvest from some of the regions oldest vines. A deep ruby colour, the bouquet reminds one of ripe cherries and strawberry jam complimented by exotic Asian spice and a distinct earthy note. On the palate, the firm yet silky tannins are velvety in the mouth and lead to a lingering finish of red fruits. This represents excellent value in a complex old world Pinot Noir.

This wine pairs well with grilled red meats, roasted game, and traditional Jura specialties like smoked pork or Morteau sausage. It also complements aged cheeses like Comté and mushroom-based dishes.
