Tasting Notes
Winning hearts at the July 2025 i4C Conference in Niagara! Aged for 5 years on the lees, this is an exceptional sparkling wine. The smooth, voluminous and persistent mousse dances in the glass. An intense bouquet is marked by notes of crab apple, green pear, honey and brioche. The bubbles are soft, caressing and creamy with flavours of baked apple and dried fruit displayed on the crisp and lively conclusion. A Champagne experience for ½ the price!
