Tasting Notes
Made from vines planted in 2002, the 2016 is the first vintage of single varietal Syrah. The nose is perfumed with dark ripe fruit and black pepper; on the palate the tannins are already gentle, but still compact and pungent; a long life in front of it. The finish is long and very enjoyable.

Try with game , such as stewed dear, venison, wild boar gently seasoned with “ginepro” and/or rosemary and wine
