Tasting Notes
Made primarily from Merlot (70%) with the remainder from a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The wine is fermented and aged in cement vats for purity of fruit expressions rather than notes relating to oak enhancement. The result is dry, savoury wine with an intense red ruby colour and a seducing tannic expression. It opens with fresh, ripe (not candied) red fruit notes.
