Tasting Notes
The blend is based on 40% St Laurent, 30% Blaufränkisch and 30% Zweigelt with biodynamic certification. It’s grown 100% in the village Mauer in the south of Vienna on heavy clay with limestone soil.
This intriguing red blend shows off the slightly cooler Viennese climate. The wine is fresh, with intense cherry fruit and light berries, soft round tannins and round, fruity flavours. 13.5% alc
