Tasting Notes
From a family winery which has a reputation for turning out exceptional Soave (Villa Mattielli of the Roncolato family). The Soave “Campolungo” results from allowing the fruit to develop perfect ripeness prior to picking and it is an impressive benchmark Soave Classico.
Bright, straw yellow and warm in colour, this wine offers up a perfumed nose with tropical fruit notes. It is a medium-bodied, dry white wine with good structure, with a light acidity which brightens up the palate. Refreshing mineral and citrus on the finish.

Great matched with fish dishes, vegetable and fish cruditès as well as with fresh and soft cheese and finger foods.
