Tasting Notes

Clamor is the name given to the vineyards that are managed organically, in the lower part of the hillside, closer to the ocean.

This tinto is a deep, bright picota cherry red wine with purplish hues, combining Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Syrah. Aromas of red and black fruit (particularly cherries and raspberries) against a backdrop of violets. In the mouth, dark forest berries appear – particularly black currants and blackberries. There are also notes of dark chocolate. The wine has a silky texture and a long elegant finish. Mild, sweet tannins, the result of good ripening, combine with a freshness that makes this wine easy to enjoy.

Food Pairings

Perfect with dishes containing cured cheeses, charcuterie, red meats, pork, roasted lamb, all manner of pasta. Try with traditional Lerida Snails!
