Tasting Notes
An outstanding, dry (Brut) bubbly made using Méthode Traditionelle. Outside of the beautiful presentation, we were impressed with the lovely yellow-green colour, creamy mousse and lively aromas of honey, green apple, citrus and brioche. A perfect summer refresher, to begin the meal or to serve with all manner of fried appetizers. This wine represents great value compared to Champagne which typically costs twice the price!
