Ruby red with faint purple typical of this variety which in not very rich in colour. Clear hints of red berries, morello cherry and black cherry on the nose. The taste is characterized by its typical balanced tannins and a surprising fullness, flavour and persistence.
Etna Rosso wines pair well with a variety of dishes from vegetarian pasta to seafood to chicken and turkey, braised beef, grilled pork chops or spicier dishes like Indian or Mexican.
