Hand harvested from volcanic soils, very rich in minerals, at an altitude of 650-750 m above sea level, with good range of temperature between day and night. Brilliant straw-yellow colour. Intense and elegant notes of pear and aromatic herbs on the nose. The wine shows great minerality and freshness on the palate.
