Produced by Conca d’Oro at their winery nestled in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiandene at the centre of the classic production zone, the wine is composed of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir.
2021 Conca d’Oro Prosecco Rosé Brut is a brilliant, pale salmon colour with a persistent stream of bubbles. The bouquet displays a melange of red fruit aromas such as strawberry, and raspberry with scents of watermelon, cotton candy and Turkish delight. On the palate, the fine bubbles create a light creamy sensation on the tongue which finishes dry and crisp with lingering strawberry notes.
