The Masse family has lived in Burgundy since 1595, but developed a wine estate only after the Second World War. The winery, cellars and the estate have all been modernized over the past 30 years. Select plots have recently been purchased to extend the estate’s vineyard holdings in key appellations in the Cote Challonaise and Maconnais.
This cuvée comes from 2 different plots of more than 45 years old. Ideal, South East exposure, with 50% fermentation in casks and 50% in stainless steel. This wine shows the minerality of Saint Véran with pure orchard fruit and lovely floral notes. Good weight and volume on the palate.
Perfect with grilled fish and other seafood
