Tasting Notes
This Sancerre white has an elegant and expressive nose reveals an intense aromatic bouquet characterised by floral notes, citrus fruit and a touch of flint. The palate is round, well-structured and underpinned by a pleasant minerality. This wine has remarkable charisma, purity and age-worthiness. The grapes are grown in an area that has the rare silex soils which has a higher proportion of flint which continues into the communes of Pouilly Fumé.
