Made from 97% Syrah with 3% of Viognier, this wine is intense and concentrated with aromas of violet, dark berries and spice. This wine is full-bodied, with excellent structure from the firm but fine tannins and has a lifted acidity which carried the intense flavours onto the lingering finish.

Third Party Reviews
Still aging in demi-muids, the 2016 Cote Rotie Cote Brune is going to be a terrific wine. Yes, it has some cedar and brown sugar touches, but it also has wonderfully ripe red berries to support the oak. Medium to full-bodied, it’s creamy and lush on the palate, with lingering espresso notes on the long finish. Score 93-95, eRobertParker.com, Oct 2018
