Garnacha a newer and very exciting red variety within the Casa Marín portfolio which was planted in 2010 in order to blend it with the cool climate Syrah. As deep as the aroma is, there is also a balance and freshness, an energy that allows the wine to be very playful and precocious, accented by the aroma of spice. The palate presents a great front-to-back seamlessness, with fine continuity and length. What gives this wine its length is the vibrant acid and balanced tannins. 13.9% alc
Great with Patagonian lamb or any other type of lamb dishes. Furthermore, the high acidity of this red wine makes it good for any type of meat dish that is high in saltiness.

A mix of two varieties (Grenache and Syrah) from two soil types (granite and limestone), this is very much a cool climate style, with firmish tannins, medium-bodied fruit flavours and mint and pepper spice aromas. Score 90, Tim Aitkins 2019 Chile Report
