Tasting Notes
Intense and powerful dessert wine produced with Moscato of Alessandria (Zibibbo) grapes cultivated on the volcanic island of Pantelleria.
This luscious wine is amber yellow in colour, with an intense and persistent bouquet of citrus, dates, honey, apricot jam, dried figs and raisin. On the palate the wine is sweet, round, with good acidity, reflecting all the characteristics noted in the aromatic profile.
Food Pairings
Delicious if served with fruit-based desserts, with typical Sicilian pastries and also with medium or high-seasoned cheeses.
