Armilla Brunello di Montalcino 2019
Dark black cherry color indicating the ripeness of the vintage. Nose is expressive and big with cherry and notes of licorice and dates. Mouthcoatingly smooth and with more ripe cherry, toast and mineral on the palate. The finish sticks to the teeth and is long. The balance of the fruit, alcohol, oak and acidity work perfectly together to form a finish that easily lasts 45 seconds. The tannins are ripe, but firm.

Bodegas Bilbainas Vina Pomal Crianza 2020
Viña Pomal Crianza is the flagship wine of Bodegas Bilbaínas, one of Rioja’s oldest estates, and has now been produced for over 100 years. The winery had a bottling plant near London’s Charing Cross in the 1940’s, and Viña Pomal was reputed to be a favourite of Winston Churchill. The wine is ruby with violet hues, while the nose is intense, dominated by floral and fruity aromas (black fruit) with notes of liquorice, vanilla and toasted flavours. The palate is balanced, soft and fresh. Shows good structure and soft tannins.

Cantine Rallo Nero d’Avola ‘Principe’ IGP 6 pk 2022
The Cantine Rallo “Il Principe” (the Prince) is composed of a solid base of Nero d’Avola (the most common red of western Sicily) with the addition of a smattering of Cabernet Sauvignon. All grapes are hand harvested from their Patti Piccolo vineyard at the end of September. After soft-pressing, the wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel and an additional 5 months in 50 HL ok casks. The result is an intensely coloured red wine with violet reflections. The aromas are of ripe cherries, black currants, strawberries and purple flowers with secondary aromas of licorice and exotic spices. The tannins are soft and smooth on the lingering fruit driven finish.

Cantine Rallo Syrah la Clarissa 6 pk 2022
From the winery’s 20-year-old vineyard in Alcamo, western Sicily. The wine is produced from organically grown grapes and matured in stainless steel in order to best express the intense fruit and vibrant acidity of the variety. The la Clarissa Syrah is a very deep ruby red with violet reflections. The bouquet is rich and full showing scents of blackberry and black currants complimented by a black pepper aroma typical of Syrah. The palate is supple and well balanced with soft tannins and a lingering, fresh finish.

Produced only in the best vintages, the “Riserva” is one of the most representative wines of the winery, and it is the top expression of Sangiovese own characteristics. Codorniu Zero White – ZERO ALCOHOL 6 pk
Codorníu Zero is a pleasant, non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from Xarel-lo and Chardonnay Unlike some of its competitors, the Codorniu Zero begins as a wine; a product of fermentation. The wine is then subjected to a low temperature vacuum distillation process that removes almost all of the alcohol (less the 0.5% alcohol remains) while preserving its more delicate characteristics. This process is followed by the addition of CO2, sugar and small amounts of flavouring to provide additional interest to the finished product.

Domaine Font de Courtedune Chateauneuf du Pape 2021
The Charrier family purchased their farm at the eastern edge of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation in 1943. Until 1998 they delivered their grapes to the cooperative, but a new vision was established that year by the next generation, when brother and sister Caroline and Frédéric Charrier decided to produce and bottle their own wines. Today, Caroline handles the wine making while Frederic attends to the vineyards. Their estate vineyards are distinguished by sandy soils which give the wines fine tannins and great elegance. The end results are wines of distinct freshness, vibrancy and balance. The name Courtedune is a derivation from the French word Courthézon or “sand dune”.

Fenocchio Barolo 2019
Light garnet colour with a very perfumed nose of black cherry, stewed strawberries, roses, black licorice and a hint of cedar. The palate is dry, medium bodied with firm tannins and well-balanced acidity. The finish is quite long with lingering notes of black licorice.

Gaia Assyrtiko Thalassitis 2022
This unique wine is produced on the island of Santorini. The vines are planted on a 15-degree slope facing East and Southeast on transferred pumice stone soil. The wine is made from the Assyrtiko grape and is light and aromatic. Only free run must is used, which is then fermented for approximately days at 15C. The resulting wine is almost white in color, bone-dry, with strong character, eliciting considerable structure, with crisp acidity, distinctive minerality and delicate honeysuckle aromas.

This is one of the rare occasions where Moschofilero is fermented with wild yeasts. Venica e Venica Pinot Grigio 2023
First impression is made by the slight coppery hue due the short time the wine spends on the skins during which the copper tone is extracted. The bouquet of ‘Jesera’ (a term for a small glacial lake) presents as lively and fresh, with floral notes and hints of yellow peach and a touch of minerality The palate is lively and savoury with a creamy and vibrant finish. There is a slight tannic note to the wine which comes from the skin contact. 10% of the wine spends some time in large wooden barrels and 5 hectoliter tonneaux.
